Bilingual Poll Workers

Alameda County is one of the most culturally diverse Counties in the State California. To support and promote the democratic process for our targeted language communities, the Alameda County Registrar of Voters provides bilingual language assistance for eight languages who are fluent in English and:

- Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) - Punjabi
- Korean - Spanish
- Tagalog - Vietnamese
- Khmer

California Assembly Bill 817, Legal Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders) may serve as a Poll Worker on Election Day.
