March 16, 2022 – Deadline to file Arguments In Favor/Against

March 21, 2022 – Deadline to file Rebuttals to Arguments In Favor/Against

 

EC 1000(e) – The first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each year.

November 8, 2022 – Election

August 12, 2022 – Deadline to file Resolution

August 17, 2022 – Deadline to file Arguments In Favor/Against

August 22, 2022 – Deadline to file Rebuttals to Arguments In Favor/Against

EC 1500(b) – The last Tuesday in August of each year.

August 30, 2022 – Mail Ballot Election

June 3, 2022 – Deadline to file Resolution

June 8, 2022 – Deadline to file Arguments In Favor/Against

June 13, 2022 – Deadline to file Rebuttals to Arguments In Favor/Against

  

EC  1002 – Except as provided in Section 1003, notwithstanding any other provisions of law, all state, county, municipal, district, and school district elections shall be held on an established election date.
