The official canvass process is open to the public and may continue for at least 6 hours a day (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excepted) until completed. The Registrar of Voters will extend work hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. The canvass activities will be conducted at 1225 Fallon Street, Room G-1, Oakland, CA 94612.

As part of our efforts to maintain transparency during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Registrar of Voters is providing you with a safe method to observe the election processes virtually. If you would like to observe the election processes virtually, please send an email to digital.services@acgov.org and use the word “Observe” in the subject line.

To observe in-person, please send an email to digital.services@acgov.org regarding the anticipated observer schedule of specific election processes.
